Clinical Lead / Psychotherapist
Kaleigh Mackay, MSW, LCSW
I am a Master's level independent clinical social worker and have been practicing as a therapist for 8 years. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and work well with individuals who have experienced complex or childhood trauma. I also work with clients who struggle with ADHD, burnout, anxiety, life transitions and depression. I became a therapist to help others live up to their full potential, get out of autopilot to find genuine contentment in their lives.
In our work together we will aim to heal past traumas, build healthier relationships, assert boundaries and develop new coping skills to manage your mental health or executive functioning. I strive to help my clients learn how to build and live a life that you love, not just simply exist in day to day. Our takeaway and direction will ultimately be guided by your personal goals and needs, come as you are, where you are and we will set course together for the life and changes you want to see.
I would describe my approach to therapy as solution-focused, empathetic and supportive. My pace is always guided by your comfort level while working together and I strive to provide your desired level of guidance and direction. If you are unsure of where to start or where to go in your journey, I am happy to set the course together.
